Position title
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner owns full-cycle recruitment for Cauridor and BnB's most critical and hardest-to-fill roles, across every market the company operates in. You'll partner directly with hiring managers to understand what a role really needs, build and run sourcing strategies that reach strong candidates in competitive and talent-scarce markets, and make sure every candidate's experience reflects well on the company — whether they're hired or not. In a fast-scaling, multi-market business, this role is what turns headcount plans into people in seats, on time, without compromising on quality.
