- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android
- Deliver end-to-end features from technical design and implementation through to release and production support
- Build responsive, performant, and user-friendly mobile experiences with strong attention to detail
- Translate product requirements and wireframes into robust technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver well-integrated features
- Ensure code quality through clean, maintainable, and well-structured development practices
- Identify, debug, and resolve performance issues and production bugs
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help improve mobile system design where needed
- Implement and maintain automated testing (unit, integration, UI) to ensure application stability
- Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of engineering standards
- Stay up to date with mobile development trends, tools, and best practices
- Support release cycles and ensure smooth deployment to App Store and Google Play
- Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning and delivery commitment
- 4–7+ years of professional mobile development experience (or equivalent strong expertise)
- Proven experience building and shipping Flutter applications in production
- Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle from development to deployment
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services
- Familiarity with state management approaches (e.g. Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.)
- Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows
- Good understanding of mobile performance optimization and debugging
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (unit and UI testing)
- Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional Agile teams
