We are looking for a Community Manager to drive growth within the Senegalese diaspora community in Canada. You will be responsible for increasing transaction volumes by building strong relationships within the community, identifying growth opportunities, and driving local engagement. This role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and a strong understanding of the Senegalese market and diaspora.

- Drive transaction growth from Canada to Senegal
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the Senegalese community
- Identify and activate local partnerships (community leaders, associations, businesses)
- Promote our remittance services through field activities and community events
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to improve our offering
- Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Marketing, Operations) to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor performance and report on growth initiatives
- Strong connection to the Senegalese community in Canada
- Experience in business development, sales, or community engagement
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from end to end
